1. Booking and Appointments
All appointments must be reviewed and confirmed by The Nail Fairy before your booking is secured.
A Ā£10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend.
Please ensure you have read the service description for your chosen nail treatment, as all requirements are listed there.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your Ā£10 booking fee, and a new booking fee will have to be paid to secure a new appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact Sophie directly as soon as possible.
3. Payment
Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept payment by bank transfer or cash only.
The Ā£10 booking fee will be deducted from your final bill.
4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will lose your booking fee and may be required to pay the full service amount before booking future appointments.
5. Service Standards and Refunds
While we do not offer refunds for completed services, we are committed to your satisfaction.
If you experience any issues with your nail treatment, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the problem.
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if we believe it may cause harm or if proper hygiene standards cannot be maintained.
7. Personal Property and Liability
The Nail Fairy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your appointment.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to salon equipment or property.
8. Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and managing your appointments.
We will not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
You may request to view or delete your personal data at any time.
9. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Current terms will always be available during the booking process.
By booking an appointment with The Nail Fairy, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If any dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it directly with you before pursuing any formal action.
